About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Labourer to join the team at Add Business Group. This full-time role is based in Orange Grove, WA 6109 and will involve a range of general labour duties to support our operations. This entry level role is a great opportunity for a youthful, physically fit individual to begin their journey into the construction world. No experience required, just a good work ethic.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Performing manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Providing support to more experienced tradespeople as required
- Participating in on-site training and development opportunities

- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
