Job Description

Primary Role - Delivery

The primary purpose of this role is as a new business salesperson, selling high margin staff aug services via the SCM020 panel and Federal agreements, developing and growing NSW Government revenue and to build, develop & promote the new staff aug brand. Any outcomes-based work to be referred to Avec using the agreed margin splits.

Secondary Role - Service Line

In addition to this primary responsibility the role will as a secondary priority seek to grow/advance other Talent and Avec Service Lines through effective business development activities, application and engagement.

Scope across whole of Government to partner with the Account Directors to identify, uncover, sell and deliver staff aug services via SCM0020 to all NSW Government accounts and assist Commercial Account Directors with any staff aug opportunities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Win new business from new and existing accounts, increasing revenue across the team
  • Implement and execute a Sales Strategy aligned to Talent and Avec's strategic intent in NSW.
  • Develop Staff Aug Business, delivery portfolio and key competencies.
  • Develop engagement model, methodology and delivery enablers including but not limited to managing "virtual bench" of key accounts optimum functional resource demands
  • Identifying key targets and staff org opportunities within a given territory
  • Increase the Margin % on existing clients
  • Liaise with the Head of Government, Staff Aug MD, Avec team, Talent MD's, and Group Staff in order to optimally leverage delivery and related staff aug opportunities within NSW Government.

* Primary Focus

  • Liaison and interaction with clients to build meaningful, profitable long-term commercial engagement.
  • Increase Staff Aug brand awareness and generate sales leads through running end-to-end sales networking/client events – at least 1 per quarter.
  • Regularly present to the team, Talent business and target clients on the staff aug service offering.
  • Minimum 4 days in the office whilst building the new brand and establishing the business, with a minimum of 5 client meetings per week
  • Growing sales contacts through identifying existing potential buyers and adding brand new (not on Bullhorn) potential buyers of staff aug services
  • Ensure a constructive working environment within which the team can grow and excel.

Qualifications

Education

Relevant Degree or equivalent work experience

Project Mgt qualification or PMP accreditation advantageous

Experience

  • 5 - 10 Years experience in sales in E2E staff Augmentation or professional services
  • Proven new business sales experience, winning greenfield accounts and building form $0 to in excess of $500k
  • NSW Government experience and selling on the SCM0020 panel
  • Ability to write and execute "no" risk SOWs or Core&s
  • Commercial acumen re. staff aug services
  • Creative customer led solution work shopping
  • Presenting to C level down benefits of staff Aug vs contingent and confidently define the differences
