MPI is urgently seeking an experienced Processing Manager to join one of our tier one mining clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a high-performing team at a world-class mining operation.

Position details:

  • Role: Processing Manager
  • Contract: 3-month contract with immediate start
  • Roster: 4/3 (Monday–Thursday) FIFO from Perth
  • Plant Capacity: 3.0 Mt per annum
  • Team: 4 direct reports, overseeing ~100 personnel across Process and Maintenance teams.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience managing processing or plant operations in the mining sector
  • Strong leadership and safety focus
  • Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering background preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive production efficiency and continuous improvement.
