Our client has an excellent reputation in the southern suburbs and due to continued growth seeks a Part-Time Senior Property Manager to help lead their PM team Our client has been around for over 10 years and prides themselves on offering the highest level of customer service to their valued clients.

The Benefits:****

  • Part Time role hour a week, would suit 
    School Hours
  • To $95,000 + super pro rata + car allowance + Mobile Phone + iPad
  • Predominantly office based however will consider working from home flexibility for the right candidate

*The Position, but not limited to:*

  • Assist managing a portfolio in a
    pod system
  • majority South of the River
  • Work
    alongside the Head of Department
    in a tight-knit
    team of 4
  • Supported by a
    Junior PM
    handling
    90% of inspections and all leasing
  • minimal out-of-office work
  • Focus on
    maintenance, lease renewals, finals/PCRs, notices
    and
    court attendance
    as needed
  • Predominantly office-based
    role - out only for disputes or when supporting the HoD
  • Be the key point for
    owner communication, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Trust accountant on-site
    for smooth operations
  • Team-first environment -
    support each other, share wins, and keep the portfolio thriving

*The Criteria:*

  • Experience managing your own portfolio for 3+ years
  • Current property management reg and valid driver's license
  • Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
  • Have excellent time management skills
