About the Role

This is a rewarding role managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties. There is no leasing or trust accounting required—allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
  • Handling arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation

About You

We're looking for someone who is professional, organised, and passionate about property management. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in property management
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A valid driver's licence
