About the role

AVTEL Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Electronic Security Installation Project team member to join our dynamic Seven Hills, NSW based team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, contributing to the implementation of critical security infrastructure for our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Involved with installations, maintenance and repair of electronic security systems including CCTV and access control systems.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Conduct on-site assessments and system tests to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates
  • Collaborate with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery of security solutions

What we're looking for

  • Experience in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control and intruder detection systems
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow project plans and procedures
  • Relevant qualifications in electronic or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel to client sites as required
