About You:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account coordination, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ERP/CRM systems
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional sales and administrative support to Account Managers and key retail clients
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Maintain product and pricing data within our systems
  • Build positive relationships with customers and respond promptly to enquiries

This is a full-time, 3-month contract role with an immediate start – perfect for someone ready to step straight in and make an impact.
