Where you'll make an impact

• Be the primary point of contact for wedding clients, providing expert advice and exceptional service from enquiry to execution
• Develop proposals, conduct professional site inspections, and ensure each event is delivered to the highest standard
• Manage contracts, payments, and customer records with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with the Events and Sales teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Coordinate with multiple island departments to ensure every wedding runs seamlessly
• Contribute to social media and website updates to showcase our venues and experiences
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members and support the Events Manager in growing the weddings portfolio

What we're looking for

You're a polished, people-oriented events professional who takes pride in delivering extraordinary experiences. You'll bring a blend of creativity, commercial awareness and calm under pressure to every occasion.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Demonstrated experience in events and/or wedding planning (Essential)
• Strong administrative and communication skills with high attention to detail (Essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)
• Diploma in Hospitality or Event Management (Desirable)
• Open/Unrestricted QLD Driver's Licence and eligibility to obtain RDA Restricted Licence
