About the role
As a Mailroom and Business Services Attendant, you will work closely with the Mailroom Supervisor to support key areas of the business and provide all round assistance.
This role covers mailroom/print room predominantly, with the opportunity to cover facilities and reception related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document handling: Printing, Scanning, photocopying, collating, binding legal documents.
- Archiving and records management
- Mail and couriers: Scheduling and managing courier bookings, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, and handling deliveries.
- Reception Coverage: Perform reception coverage on the desk and answering calls when required
- Facilities assistance: Setting up meeting rooms, preparing workstations for new starters, assisting with A/V equipment.
- Stationery management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- General admin: Supporting with various administrative tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Your responsibilities will include:
Ideally you will:
- Have at least one years' experience in either a corporate office environment, print room or a customer service role
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
- Interact and collaborate effectively whilst working with minimal supervision
- A pro-active, hands on approach
- Be confident working under pressure and within time frames while taking instructions from multiple supervisors
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- A professional approach to communication with clients and colleagues.
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving boxes.
