We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join one of our Agents'Agency offices in Western Australia, someone mature, switched-on, and confident managing both people and systems in a fast-paced real estate environment.


About the Role

You'll be the key connector between the Director, Agents'Agency HQ, and the local sales and admin team.

This role combines relationship management, operations, and trust accounting coordination, ensuring every part of the business flows efficiently and nothing slips through the cracks.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Office & Team Coordination

  • Be the main point of contact between the Director, staff, and Agents'Agency HQ
  • Support the team with smooth daily operations and communication
  • Oversee key timelines, follow-ups, and client handovers
  • Help create a supportive, high-performing team rhythm

Finance & Compliance Support

  • Communicate directly with the bookkeeper and manage trust account coordination
  • Ensure compliance and administrative accuracy across all transactions
  • Support with end-of-month and audit preparation tasks

Systems & Administration

  • Maintain CRM, listings, and key property data accurately
  • Liaise with HQ on marketing, systems, and HR processes
  • Streamline office procedures for efficiency and consistency

Who We're Looking For

Experienced in real estate administration or office management

Excellent communicator, clear, professional, and personable

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, accounting systems, and digital tools

Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented

Team player who builds strong relationships and trust

Real Estate Licence or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (advantageous)
