Position
This critical role will play a pivotal part in the financial management and strategic decision-making process of our dealership. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to drive the dealership's growth and success.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the Dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support day-to-day operations effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the dealership's goals.
You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in all facets of accounts function to trial balance/BAS returns
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and reporting skills
- Highly analytical and organised with very strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
