We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on leader: a qualified Electrician with solar expertise and proven leadership experience to step into the role of Manager, Service Delivery & Construction.

Reporting to the Head of Solar & Battery, this is your chance to take charge of major clean energy projects, leading high-performing installation teams and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at every stage.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire field-based installation and service teams
• Oversee delivery of solar, battery, and EV projects across South Australia
• Ensure all work meets the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Manage budgets, project milestones, contractor performance, and risk
• Resolve escalations and champion excellent customer service
• Drive improvements and support the long-term growth of our clean energy division

What You'll Bring

• Building Work Supervisor registration approved by Consumer and Business Services (CBS) with "Electrical" and "PV Solar Panel Installation" conditions. (Mandatory)
• Electrical Contractor licence (Mandatory)
• Battery design & install (Mandatory)
• SPS PV Design & install (Mandatory)
• Current SA driver's licence (Mandatory)
• CEC licencing (Preferred)
• Grid - connect design & install (Preferred)
• Proven leadership experience managing installation teams or electrical/solar projects
• Strong safety leadership and WHS knowledge
• Financial and project management skills to deliver outcome
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and clean technology
