Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Epworth Clinical School and work closely with the Dean of the Epworth Clinical School, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the day-to-day bespoke timetabling for medical students/doctors based on curriculum needs and clinician availability.

This role a full time position . Part time (0.8) can be considered.

You will make an impact by-

  • Your ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders and craft your communication to meet the overall needs of both the Clinical School and the recipient
  • Having a high attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Having superior Microsoft 365 computer skills
  • Able to identify and escalate to management potential issues as well as being proactive in their resolution
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders including clinicians, medical students and affiliated universities
  • Ultimately being able to work autonomously with guidance yet be part of a supportive small team.
