**Support Workers (Supported Independent Living & Community Assistance)**

Casual & Part time positions available - Perth Location: Northern suburbs, Perth

(Community Clients in Alexander Heights, Landsdale and Wanneroo & SIL Houses in Merriwa and Clarkson)

About the role: We are looking for reliable and committed support workers to assist and support NDIS and aged care clients in their everyday living - providing care and support, including personal tasks / care, medication assistance, domestic assistance, social support & appointments / outing's, transport, meal preparation, interaction and much much more.
- Requirements: _
- MUST be fully Covid vaccinated (all 3 x vaccines required)_
- Influenza vaccine (preferred not essential)_
- NDIS workers clearance required_
- Able to work independently_
- Police check required_
- Current valid First Aid certificate & CPR_
- Current driving license & reliable vehicle_
- Cert 3 (Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community services, Disability work or similar) with industry experience_
- NDIS Commission and Safeguard Certificates - online training modules_
- Flexibility to work across various shifts which will include: am, pm, sleep over shifts & weekend shifts_
- Good communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal_
- Understanding and commitment to a person-centered model of practice_
- Able to maintain and hold professional boundaries and work as a team_

**Require staff for Community clients in the following areas Alexander Heights, Landsdale and Wanneroo plus SIL houses in Merriwa and Clarkson.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
