Romel Australia is growing and we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the disposable food packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across hospitality, industrial, catering, and wholesale markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to order closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in disposable food packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
