Summary Of Role
We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern on a full-time casual basis over the upcoming summer period (3 months from late-November 2025 to late-February 2026) to join our recently established in-house Legal and Risk team at Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, as a Legal Intern you will provide essential support in day-to-day legal functions whilst having the opportunity to develop your skills with practical exposure.

Some Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Conduct document review and organisation
  • Prepare chronologies and analysis of large volumes of materials
  • Conduct legal research as required
  • Support lawyers in developing strategies based on reviewed materials
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal & Risk team as required

This role will require 2 days per week onsite presence at Mount Pritchard, with the remainder of days in the week to be worked remotely.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a Law degree (final or penultimate year preferred)
  • Prior experience in a legal practice preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work with document management systems
  • Strong interest in corporate law, commercial disputes and litigation
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
