Job Description
Where You Can Make an Impact
As part of the Administrative Support Centre (ASC), you'll help improve how we manage Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and proposals by making our processes more efficient, consistent, and responsive. This role supports teams across the business by coordinating key steps in the tender and proposal lifecycle, using tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team that works closely with stakeholders across the business. Full training and ongoing upskilling will be provided to ensure you're confident in all aspects of the role and supported as you grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using digital tools to support a dynamic work environment.
The Responsibilities Of The ASC Team Include
- RFT Distribution
- Proposal Support
- Panel Administration
- Portal Administration
- Microsoft Platform Support
- Client Working Community (CWC) Management
This role can be 4 of 5 days a week, depending on suitable applicant.
