The Little Big Dairy Company…

… is a family-owned dairy manufacturing and distribution company based in Dubbo. Our factory is 15 minutes from Dubbo overlooking the dairy farm.

We bottle 110,000 litres of milk each week to service over 1,000 retail and cafe customers across the state and into the ACT with our premium sustainable dairy products.

We are a rapidly growing company doubling our capacity annually. A combination of uptake in new technology and new team members allows us to meet this growth.

We have complete control of the way our products are produced, from how the grass is grown, how the animals are cared for, through to the way supermarket and café shelves are packed. This gives our customers a high quality, multiple award winning single source milk, with traceability, integrity and transparency throughout the supply chain.

The Role

Our business is built on strong customer relationships. We're looking for a self-motivated and energetic person to join The Little Big Dairy Company team in Newcastle as a Retail Success team member.

What this role involves:

  • Merchandising all Coles, Woolworths and Harris Farm stores across the Newcastle region, ensuring shelves are full, stock rotated correctly, tidy and looking their best.
  • Working alongside our marketing and customer success team to coordinate and run in-store tastings, product hand-outs and local promotions, sharing the Little Big Dairy story with customers.
  • Driving a C-Class licence ute to make deliveries to our Coles stores every Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Packing orders for their delivery run each Tuesday and Thursday
  • Building relationships with the dairy managers at store level
  • Warehouse management
  • Stocktakes
