The Role

As a Site Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to Euroclad's renowned standards. Working closely with the Site Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on leadership, drive performance, and support the professional development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate site crews to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Organise and schedule daily tasks to maximise efficiency.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and cultural standards onsite.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Solve problems quickly with a proactive and positive mindset.
  • Provide clear communication and feedback to supervisors.

  • Motivated and positive, with a genuine team-first attitude.
  • Experienced in Copper and Zinc roofing/cladding (highly regarded).
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proven leader, with references and examples of past site leadership.
  • Ambitious, with the drive to grow into Euroclad's leadership team.
