QA Lead – Shape the Future of Insurance Technology

We're partnering with a high-growth SaaS company powering the commercial insurance sector across Australia and beyond. With an expanding client base of insurers and brokers, quality is mission-critical – and they're looking for a QA Lead who can raise the bar.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and mentoring a small but growing QA team.
  • Driving test strategy across commercial insurance products – where accuracy, compliance, and reliability are non-negotiable.
  • Partnering with developers, product owners, and business leaders to embed quality at every stage of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Lifting the maturity of automation frameworks to enable faster, more reliable releases.
  • Acting as the voice of quality in a business where clients depend on system precision.

What You Bring

  • Commercial insurance domain experience – you understand the complexity, compliance, and nuances of insurance systems.
  • Proven leadership skills – you've mentored QA engineers, influenced cross-functional teams, and set strategy, not just executed it.
  • Strong technical foundations in automation, API testing, and CI/CD environments – you know how to modernize a QA practice.
  • A natural communicator who can bridge the gap between business expectations and technical delivery.
