Permanent Part-Time / Full-Time Dental Receptionist/Assistant

We are a boutique dental practice located in Bentleigh East, just 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality care across all aspects of dentistry, including general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic treatments.

We’re currently looking for a warm, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to join our close-knit team as a **Dental Receptionist/Assistant.** Whether you’re experienced or just starting out in the dental field, we provide full training to align you with our practice values and patient-first philosophy.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Front desk and reception duties
- General office administration
- Chair-side assisting
- Sterilisation and infection control

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- A cheerful and proactive attitude
- Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
