With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking a Consultant at Business Analyst level to join our team in Sydney.
As Business Analyst BTS Australia, you will work with leaders from some of the world's leading corporations. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and you will be shaping the leadership capabilities of their senior management.
We work in small teams to develop impactful learning solutions, such as customised business experiences or leadership simulations. We then facilitate learning journeys with our clients in a workshop setting that incorporates humour, fun, and competition.
You will be working on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. You will travel to facilitate programs across Australia, which could be up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods.
The rest of the time will be spent creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients. Interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, and testing programs. This is accomplished in a team-based setting, where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. You will also progressively manage client relationships, find new clients and opportunities, and grow the careers of other BTSers.
About the role:
- Develop project leadership skills to become a key member of our consulting team by designing and delivering people transformation projects.
- Design and project manage capability development programs on strategy, finance, leadership, and/or innovation, including information gathering from key client stakeholders.
- Assist consultants in the facilitation of senior-level workshops to develop business, leadership, or innovation acumen, and manage change in regional blue-chip clients.
- Contribute to client relationship management and help clients address new needs within their organisation. Every successful consultant at BTS is viewed as a valued strategic partner by the client.
Who we are looking for:
- Client Focus: Interest and developing ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions.
- A Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Collaboration: Work across BTS regional units and practices to ensure collaboration.
- Sales Exposure: Interest and comfort with selling and business development.
- Capabilities: Interest and exposure to learning design and facilitation.
What We Offer:
- Culture and Growth: A culture comprised of diverse local APAC and global working opportunities based in Australia. Opportunities to grow capability in business development, client partnership, and various centres of expertise such as leadership development, coaching, assessment, sales capability, strategy, and business acumen.
- Network and Industry Exposure: The chance to design and deliver amazing solutions for clients and grow industry capabilities, focusing on verticals such as mining, banking, and technology. Access to a great network with the best organizations and senior executives across industries.
- Casual and Fun Professional Atmosphere: An atmosphere emphasizing freedom, responsibility, collaboration, excellence, and individual growth. We provide numerous opportunities – developmental and fun - throughout the year to bring the team together and build our connection and collaboration.
- Flexible Working Arrangements: Working from home up to 2 days per week on average to manage health and life. Occasional company well-being days to support our team.
