This is a high-profile, highly complex program that requires a strategic doer—we need a proactive, sleeves-rolled-up
Data Program Manager
who can dive into technical detail, guide multiple interdependent projects, and drive results across
data and cloud initiatives
. You'll lead strategic programs that underpin our digital platforms, from cloud migration to data governance, and ensure all workstreams stay aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Expertise Required:

  • Data:
    Strong experience with the
    Azure Data Platform
    , including architecture, migration, and integration with enterprise systems
  • Operating Model:
    Experience designing and delivering Data Operating Models that enable governance, agility, and business alignment
  • Program Execution:
    Proven capability in structuring and delivering complex, multi-track programs with limited delegated project leadership
  • Cloud:
    Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud security, and enterprise data migration, especially within Azure environments
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Skilled at managing and aligning executive stakeholders, particularly in IT, Finance, and enterprise strategy
  • Utilities Experience:
    Understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational constraints, and strategic technology drivers in the utilities or energy sector.

Qualifications:

  • Solid project and program management experience, with a strong background leading azure data platform initiatives.
  • Strong experience in the utilities or energy sector, with an understanding of operational and regulatory environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Azure, Data Lakes, Synapse, Power BI, and enterprise data governance frameworks
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation or cloud migration initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging both C-suite and engineering teams.
