About the Role: As the Organisational Capability and Learning Manager, you'll lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives across Sundale. You'll assess workforce capability, drive talent and succession planning, embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for leading a small team and contributing to enterprise-wide transformation.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement workforce capability and talent development strategies.
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programs across leadership, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Embed a Capability Framework aligned with adult learning principles and business goals.
  • Drive cultural change and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through learning.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Support strategic projects under the guidance of the Chief People Officer.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in Learning and Development or organisational capability roles.
  • Expertise in leadership development, capability frameworks, and blended learning design.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to use data to influence decisions and measure impact.
  • Aged care or health industry experience is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, education, or behavioural sciences
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Accreditation in coaching, change management, or behavioural tools (desirable)
  • Police Check
  • Pre-employment medical assessment.
