As part of the People leadership team, you will actively shape our future workforce capability and strategic learning initiatives whilst enhancing our current programs to deliver on Sundale's strategy and meet operational and mandatory training goals.

About the Role: As the Organisational Capability and Learning Manager, you'll lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives across Sundale. You'll assess workforce capability, drive talent and succession planning, embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for leading a small team and contributing to enterprise-wide transformation.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement workforce capability and talent development strategies.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs across leadership, onboarding, and compliance.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Embed a Capability Framework aligned with adult learning principles and business goals.
- Drive cultural change and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through learning.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support strategic projects under the guidance of the Chief People Officer.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven senior leadership experience in Learning and Development or organisational capability roles.
- Expertise in leadership development, capability frameworks, and blended learning design.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Ability to use data to influence decisions and measure impact.
- Aged care or health industry experience is highly desirable.
Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, education, or behavioural sciences
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Accreditation in coaching, change management, or behavioural tools (desirable)
- Police Check
- Pre-employment medical assessment.
