We are seeking an experienced door to door lead generation manager to join our team.

The role includes
- Recruitment of new applicants to build a team.
- Training of lead generators to provide quality solar appointments to our sales staff.
- Oversee daily activity and results.
- Motivate and provide leadership to the team.
- Organise territories and liaise with sales manager.
