As the Manager Commercial Global Airports, you will be responsible for Qantas Global Airports supplier portfolio using a supplier management framework across a diverse global network. This role ensures seamless contractor and supplier management aligned with Qantas group strategy and safety management systems. Key responsibilities include contract management, supplier governance, performance monitoring, and end-to-end contract administration. The role also involves leading programmatic work, representing the commercial portfolio, and considering multiple AOCs.

A pivotal part of this role involves working closely with various leaders and stakeholders across the Global Airports' business to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will provide specialist commercial recommendations to support supplier viability and future contestability in all markets, driving value for the Global Airports team and key stakeholders within the Qantas Group.

You'll have –

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 1 year in a commercial management or equivalent role
• Prior experience in airport operations or within a ground handling business would be highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, particularly in managing external stakeholders
• Commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving optimal business outcomes
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
• Demonstrated experience working across international markets, with cultural awareness and sensitivity to global business practices
