Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reception duties, managing the front desk and supporting clubhouse operations
  • Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience for guests and members
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Ensure the flawless execution of clubhouse events, working closely with the wider events team to deliver premium experiences

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in Hospitality, Events or community management
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
  • Passion for creating unforgettable member experiences
