Studco Australia are looking for a Leading Associate within our Production Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating SOP's
  • Assisting Team Leader/Supervisor with coordination of factory Associates
  • Set and meet targets
  • Conduct random QA checks to ensure high level of quality is met
  • Competent to complete 2nd sign off's
  • Ability to problem solve issues on mill's
  • Assisting with breakdowns
  • Effectively communicate with Maintenance, Team Leaders and Management.
  • Train Associates on machines.
