The Role

Our global client is seeking a Presales Engineer with deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payment processes to support enterprise clients on their digital finance transformation journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team focused on delivering AI-driven automation solutions that enhance compliance, reduce risk, and drive operational efficiency across finance departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, and solution scoping.
  • Engage with finance teams to understand their AP and payment workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into tailored solution designs, showcasing the value of automation and AI-driven features.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
  • Provide input into RFP/RFI responses and assist in technical documentation.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, and payment processes, particularly in complex enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with finance compliance standards and the operational challenges faced by finance departments.
  • Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven automation features such as: Intelligent data extraction and classification, Automated approvals and exception handling, Fraud detection and risk controls in payment processing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
