JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and highly motivated candidate with extensive experience in solutioning / presales / consultancy / technical sales in the field of computer/electronic engineering to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be from a Presales background at a company selling software products/solutions with an understanding of a sales process from initial customer touchpoint through to deployment.
The key role responsibilities include:
· Support of the sales team on technical questions.
· Analysis of project requirements, generation of response to RFIs/RFPs.
· Solution design based on technology capabilities considering technical and commercial constraints.
· Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) development in customer environments.
· Technical consulting.
· Generation of technical documentation.
· Presenting and demonstrating to customers/partners/channels.
· Autonomous evaluation and research of industry solutions including integrations, software/hardware components, and networking architecture.
SKILLS
REQUIRED:
· 5 years' experience in Software Sales (both CAPEX and OPEX models), Consultancy, or similar client-facing sales roles is mandatory.
· Ability to design technical solutions, including system architecture diagrams, BoMs, network layouts, and integration workflows.
· Ability to articulate complex technical solutions both in detail to technical customers as well as at a high level for business customers. Must be comfortable in presenting, speaking, and delivering consultancy/training workshops.
· Experience conducting PoCs and solution demonstrations for enterprise or government clients.
· Proficient in writing technical documentation for RFPs/RFIs, compliance responses, and solution proposals.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Proficient in English - Spoken and written.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· MS office proficiency especially Word, Excel, Power Point.
· Good knowledge of AI (neural networks, Nvidia GPU platforms).
DESIRED:
· Understanding of AI-driven surveillance solutions (e.g., Computer Vision, Facial Recognition, Video Analytics).
· Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and compliance in surveillance tech.
· Knowledge of system integration with VMS, PSIM, Telco, and Hyperscaler/Cloud infrastructure.
· Knowledge of typical system architectures deployed in surveillance (bare metal, hypervisors, VM clusters, containers, etc.).
· Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, 5G).
· Experience with Microsoft Visio.
· Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks Freedom.
