Due to ongoing growth and increasing demand across both our Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services, we're looking for more passionate and caring Your Care Choice Home Support Workers to help clients continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide a range of supports including high-quality domestic assistance, meal preparation, unaccompanied shopping, personal care, and respite care. You'll be working directly in clients' homes, with flexible roster arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
What we offer:
- Paid kilometres and travel time, travelled between shifts
- Consistent Roster & Consumers – We aim to make less changes to roster to offer consistency to consumers and staff
- A meaningful role where you'll make a positive impact every day
- Ongoing support and assistance from direct Team Leaders

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have;
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability/Home and Community Support (or equivalent qualification)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (must be kept up to date throughout your employment)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel within our service delivery area
- Good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Ownership of a registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone for work-related communication
- The ability to access and check emails using your own computer
- Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker A. Evidence of immunisation history and any mandated government vaccinations must be provided prior to confirmed appointment unless otherwise medically exempt (evidence of medical exemption must be supplied).
