We're a light-sized company and we're leaving a strong footprint on the transport industry. We pride ourselves on our positive workplace culture. Movers Choice & Co, whilst being a hub for all-things moving, has some important in-house teams

  • We run a rentable moving crate business, called Ecostax, which is taking off and scaling quickly due to high demand We would love to have our next mover join this team as a hybrid across both. It's great work
  • We also have an in-house and white-glove packing team that specialises in packing and preparing customers for their move, and the team is called Pack & Stack - many of our movers love to jump between the two teams to change up their day-to-day tasks, and if this sounds good to you, we're all for it

Our company is fast-expanding, and we're looking forward to meeting and introducing a new and friendly-faced to our team. Experience in a similar role is required, although, your energy, orientation towards customer service and the ability to be professional at all times is what we're really looking for. We pride ourselves on bringing a smile to our clients moving day, and the ability to work collaboratively with our like-minded staff members is highly desired.

This role places you in a position with a newly established company with a simple management style and a focus on employee growth - we want you to find the aspects of the job that you love and run with them. Being a smaller and more local company, it gives you the autonomy and freedom to help shape your own workplace.

What We're Really Looking For...

Importantly, we're looking for a physically fit and active team-mate, with a determined attitude and the ability to work under pressure. The job itself is made up on both physical and administrative aspects, with an over-arching responsibility for customer-care and service. At this stage, we're considering casual, part-time and/or full-time roles

For the right candidate, this would be a hybrid role balanced between on-site moves and office-based administration (working from home is also encouraged if preferred), if that interests you
