Direct Care Worker

- Provide one-on-one support in clients' own homes
- Travel between clients in your local community (driver's licence and car required)
- Locations such as Elsternwick, Caulfield, Bentleigh, Carnegie & Port Phillip

Help our clients stay independent with support in personal care, meal preparation, general cleaning, shopping and transport to appointments.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Strong verbal communication
- A warm, personable nature with genuine respect for cultural diversity and relationship-building skills
- Ability to monitor client wellbeing and act quickly in emergencies to ensure safety
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Aged Care)
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Able to work at least 2 or 3 days a week, Monday – Sunday
- Russian, Polish, Hebrew or Yiddish language skills (desirable, but not essential)
