About The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Technology and working
26 hours per week
as our
Quality Coordinator
, you'll lead the development and maintenance of our Integrated Management System (IMS), manage audits, maintain certifications, and drive continuous improvement. As a stand-alone role, you'll work closely with all departments to ensure clarity, integrity, and consistency in quality processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001 & NDIS
- Coordinate internal/external audits and certification renewals
- Maintain registers for audits, risks, incidents, and improvement activities
- Manage document control within SharePoint/IMS
- Analyse trends, report on KPIs, and recommend corrective actions
- Champion process improvements and risk management initiatives
What you'll bring:
- Diploma/Bachelor in Quality, Business or similar
- 5+ years' experience in Quality, ISO/NDIS auditing & IMS coordination
- Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001/NDIS/ISO27001)
- Strong collaboration, communication and change management skills
- Strategic mindset with a solutions-focused approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-driven to succeed
Desirable:
Privacy Officer certification, experience in Aged Care/Healthcare/NDIS sectors.
