Full-time candidates will also be considered.Onsite role working in modern, open plan officesReward and recognition, including competitive remuneration and career progressionLearning and career development programs for all roles and levelsFlexible leave options and up to 26 weeks paid parental leaveFree daily breakfast, office drinks and social eventsGenuine commitment to health and wellbeing, pro bono and community, and diversity and inclusion across our firmLearn more about what Hall & Wilcox can offer you: About the role and teamWe have an opportunity for a Service Clerk to join our Office Services team based in our Brisbane office.As a Service Clerk you will provide a high level of customer service to employees and partners within the firm in a timely and professional manner.This is a great entry level role for someone looking for a career in a law firm.You will be responsible for:opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail;coordinating and processing outgoing mail;attending to court filing;assisting with catering requirements and room set up;booking couriers for pick up and delivery;daily banking for the Firm;photocopying, scanning and binding documents;house keeping, including maintaining and restocking kitchen supplies; andrelief for Front of House;hand delivering legal documents;ad hoc duties as required.About youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:experience in an office or professional services environment;excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;reliable with a 'can do' attitude and proactive approach;strong attention to detail;ability to work autonomously;team player with a flexible approach;strong IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office;ability to work under pressure during peak times;proactive approach with the ability to prioritise; andclient focussed with strong organisational skills.About usHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
