Licensed Capacity: 174 places
Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + casual loading)

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and flexible Casual Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at The Park, one of our largest centres. This role is ideal for educators who value flexibility while contributing to a high-quality early learning environment.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Provide nurturing education and care across a variety of age groups

  • Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Assist with daily routines and educational programs

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

  • Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility and reliability to support the centre when required
