Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + casual loading)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Crace. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who enjoy variety and flexibility while contributing to a high-quality early learning environment.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Provide nurturing care and education across a range of age groups

  • Support daily routines and implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Assist permanent staff with programming and observations

  • Build strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

  • Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification

  • Flexibility to work across different shifts when required

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
