Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + casual loading)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and flexible Casual Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Torquay. This role is ideal for educators seeking flexibility while gaining experience across different age groups in a supportive, high-quality environment.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Provide quality education and care across various age groups

  • Assist with the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children

  • Support permanent staff with daily routines and programs

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility and reliability to support the centre when needed
