Globally recognised organisations with recent project awards are seeking experienced Quality Managers to join at project inception.

These are rare opportunities to be part of a program from its inception, offering long-term stability and significant career growth. Known for their innovation in the defence sector, you will be given solid autonomy, support, and the chance to shape the future of cutting-edge defence technologies and products.

Please note:

  • Australian Citizenship is required for both roles with defence experience preferred.
  • Both roles would require relocation to specified locations.

Opportunity 1:

Project Quality Manager:

  • New & innovative Defence Maritime Project
  • Relocation assistance provided - Coastal NSW
  • Manage the quality & compliance of design, manufacture & delivery of project scope, including subcontracted work.
  • Obtaining regulatory compliance.
  • Engagement of the HSEQ team within the enterprise service support function.
  • Development of project specific HSEQ documentation with support of HSEQ manager.
  • You will have experience in a quality leadership role within a technical (preferably defence or maritime) environment.

Opportunity 2:

Quality Manager:

  • Defence experience required for this role.
  • Land Defence Project
  • Victoria based - surf coast
  • Pivotal role covering both the corporate & technical functions as it relates to quality.
  • Working across Quality Management System (QMS), achieving ISO 9001 accreditation, and leading internal and external audits.
  • Must be comfortable across inspections & CI initiatives and over time, growing & leading the quality team, ensuring all program deliverable meet contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Strong experience in reviewing and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
