We're now looking for a
Quality Coordinator (Part-Time)
to join our team. This is a key role where you'll take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS), lead audits, and drive compliance and continuous improvement across the business.

What you'll do

Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits against ISO 9001 & ISO 27001

Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring readiness and smooth delivery

Monitor, report and track quality metrics across the organisation

Lead quality meetings and the annual management review

Identify and manage non-conformances, corrective actions and improvements

Maintain quality documentation, policies and procedures

Provide training and coaching to build awareness of quality practices

What you'll bring


• Experience in quality auditing, assurance or compliance


• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards


• Hands-on experience running internal audits and supporting external audit processes


• Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Understanding of IT and information security concepts (highly regarded)


• Experience in IT solutions or services (a plus, not a must)
