We are currently recruiting motivated, reliable, and flexible Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across the Central Coast.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)
  • Daily living assistance (meal preparation, shopping, domestic tasks)
  • Community access (appointments, social outings, transport)
  • Implementing and following care plans – including mealtime management, behaviour support, and chronic health needs
  • Documenting accurate case notes and building respectful, professional relationships
  • Supporting participants to build their skills, confidence, and capacity

  • Willingness to travel across the Central Coast – this is a community-based role

Desirable Skills and Requirements:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar – highly regarded
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's licence and roadworthy, insured, accessible vehicle
  • Experience with complex needs, behaviour support, and health plans is a plus
