As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable training practices and high-quality materials aligned with the program's change management strategy. You will work closely with Change Managers, project leads, technical teams, and vendor partners to ensure training is embedded within the broader business readiness approach.

Description

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and associated modules.
  • Lead the training delivery structure, including recruitment and coordination of training personnel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate training with system configuration and user experience.
  • Deliver tailored training programs for each HCMS release, including early-phase projects like Teacher Relief (TR).
  • Ensure training content reflects system functionality and is customized to the Department's context.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and support post-implementation enablement

Profile

A successful Training Manager should have:

  • Extensive experience in SAP-based transformations, especially SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and change management principles.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into clear learning experiences.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments and experience with Change Champion networks.
