Bambini Early Learning provides strong play-based curriculums inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach. Our children enjoy beautiful indoor and outdoor play spaces, and a range of extra-curricular activities such as Music and YOGA classes, sports , LOTE, Art classes, Kitchen and Garden Program and Bush Kinder.

Due to growth, our Bambini Early Learning Centre located in Hampton is now seeking and Experienced Cert III or Diploma qualified Co-Educator to join our village on a full-time basis.

About You:

You will:

  • Possess demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
  • Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Be an inspiring leader and positive role model.
  • Hold values to empower children, families and our community.
  • Have a strong understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), VEYLDF (Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework), the NQS (National Quality Standards) and the Child Safety Standards.
  • Have strong knowledge & application in practice of the Child Safe Standards

Your credentials:

  • A Diploma, Certificate III or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
  • Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards
  • Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
