Bambini Early Learning provides strong play-based curriculums inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach. Our children enjoy beautiful indoor and outdoor play spaces, and a range of extra-curricular activities such as music classes, sports and art classes.

Due to growth, our Bambini Early Learning Centre located in Sunbury is now seeking Experienced & passionate Lead Educatorto join our village on a full-time basis.

Bambini Early Learning Centre inspires to be a leader in the field and a model for collaboration, partnerships, participation and professionalism. About You:

You will:

  • Possess demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
  • Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and VEYLDF and capability to plan for children's interests, abilities and stage of development
  • A demonstrated & strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards
  • Ability to lead a room team and actively collaborate with all team members

Your credentials:

  • A Diploma, (or Working Towards) or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
  • Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
