We are currently seeking Diploma-qualified educators who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Your Role as an Early Childhood Assistant

Be part of a team where your work truly makes a difference. As an Early Childhood Assistant, you'll collaborate with dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences that support the development of every child.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and implement engaging learning activities that spark curiosity
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for all children
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Encourage children's independence, creativity, and problem-solving
  • Support daily centre operations and learning objectives
  • Assist with documentation and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)

Experience working in an early childhood education setting

Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification

Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Full Australian working rights
