Resolution Education is a specialist training company dedicated to providing Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Aggression Prevention Education and Training services across Australia. We have an exceptional track record in the delivery of high-quality training programs and experiences which are aimed at protecting workers against Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA).  Our team of professionals are passionate about our mission in keeping workers safe and fostering supportive and collaborative work environments.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking engaged and passionate trainers to join our team on a full time basis in Melbourne.

Job description

This role provides the ideal candidate with an opportunity to grow and thrive in a dynamic and supportive organisation. There are opportunities for ongoing personal development and specialisation in specific industries and educational programs.

As an experienced trainer, your responsibilities include delivery of our signature training programs, as well as client collaboration and project coordination to ensure learning outcomes are achieved. You will work independently and with other trainers, collaborating with the wider team and participate in Resolution Education's continuous improvement mindset to ensure learning excellence.

Responsibilities

As an experienced trainer, your role will include the following:

  • Preparation for training program delivery ensuring a collaborative and bespoke approach for each client.
  • Delivery of engaging and interactive training across multiple industries and client sites, either in-person or online.
  • Review of feedback from program participants and client organisations to include in professional development as part of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with team members related to training approaches, delivery mechanisms, materials and learnings.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving training needs.
  • Ability to travel outside of your city of residence, including international and interstate travel.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be based in Melbourne, with a valid driver's licence and access to a safe and reliable vehicle.

You will also possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering adult education and training programs, both face-to-face and online.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a range of clients across multiple industries.
  • An energetic and motivated mindset, and a passion for adult education.
  • Working with Children Victoria card and current police check
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Possible experience in restraints training (within health or security settings)

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
