About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team at Pacific Fair. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and KPIs, and inspire your team to deliver stand-out service. This is a hands-on management role where you will set the standard for performance, customer engagement, and store presentation.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion or a high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • A genuine passion for customer experience and building brand loyalty
  • Visual merchandising flair with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
