Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally; greet and assist visitors as required.
- File and organize paperwork, maintaining accurate and confidential digital and physical records.
- Coordinate daily orders, internal communications, and task follow-ups to support smooth operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains tidy, organized, and efficient.
- Provide general administrative support to managers and team members.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, and minute-taking.
- Support basic financial administration, including invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.
- Prepare and update simple reports and data records for management purposes.
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) highly desirable.
