Position: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Auburn

Hours: 1:00 am Start , Monday to Friday

About Us: Quality Centre Food Services is dedicated to delivering top-quality food products to our customers. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards across all our operations and are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and packing customer orders ready for delivery
  • Loading delivery trucks and ensuring shipments match the delivery schedule
  • Gathering materials and supplies from the warehouse for colleagues
  • Entering data into computer systems
  • Moving supplies or boxes around the warehouse, which may involve driving a forklift truck
  • Keeping the warehouse area clean, tidy, and free from unnecessary hazards to uphold health and safety standards
  • Maintaining quality standards across all warehouse practices
  • Working in a refrigerated environment (temperatures ranging from +4°C to -20°C)

Qualifications:

  • Current forklift license (desirable but not essential)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)

Requirements:

  • Fit and healthy
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
