We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Taxi Trucks department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Capital Transport is Australia's largest, and fastest-growing, courier and taxi truck business. We provide a complete transport and logistics business-to-business (B2B) service.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensuring that all telephone calls are always answered promptly and professionally.

· Providing superior customer service to the clients by ensuring all client bookings are taken efficiently and accurately.

· Identifying and resolving any potential delivery issues before they impact the clients and informing them of any delivery issues or delays.

· follow up and resolve any service issues by liaising between the client, sub-contractor and Team
